The more successful you are, the more criticism you will encounter. Not everyone will celebrate your victories and successes; sadly, for some, your success will evoke their critical spirit and jealousy rather than appreciation and compliments. They would rather be comfortable that you stayed in the same level with them or even less. Never mind and never take it personally. Many times, it's not even about you, even though it may be directed towards you. It's something on the inside of the critical person that lashes out at others, and unless they deal with it, it's going to keep them from rising higher.
