RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

THURSDAY, MAY 8TH 2025 PERFECT AND COMPLETE IN ALL THE WILL OF GOD Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God (Colossians 4:12). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  In the verse of scripture above, we observe that the Spirit of God, through Epaphras, was praying for the church in Colossae to stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. He wanted them to grow in their relationship with Christ and be fully mature. He used the word “complete,” which is from the Greek “pleroo”, and it means to be full or to be fully loaded. So, you’re to be replete or fully loaded with all the will of God. This is God’s plan for your life. Hallelujah! That means you’re never in doubt or confused as to the will of God concerning anything, because you’re replete or fully loaded with the knowledge of His will. It reminds of another prayer of the Spirit in Colossians 1:9, “For this c...

MAY GLOBAL COMMUNION SERVICE with Pastor Chris

May 4, 2025 Rev Chris OYAKHILOME DSC DSC. DD The Month of May is a beautiful month. We are just done with April, did you have Favors in April?  As always, whatever good things the Lord has blessed us with in any month, when we move into the next month we carry along with us. We don't leave those messages behind: they're all building blocks, they are all part of what He uses in building our lives, making us so strong.  (Documentary on Salt: THE WAR ON HEALTH) We don't just come up with stuff. It's as the spirit of God leads and guides us.  I did not know that there were other voices in the medical field speaking up about it.  Many have died listening to the so called medical professionals. Think how many people have died of strokes and other ailments because they were listening to their doctor and eliminating salt from their diets. This is why you should pray in tongues.  I speak in tongues and the spirit of God leads and guides me. Solutions come.  When we ...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

WEDNESDAY, MAY 7TH 2025 STAY AND BE COMMITTED IN CHURCH And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence (Colossians 1:18). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  Some people have stopped going to church because they were offended by what others said or did to them. That shouldn't be. Never let anything keep you from going to church or withdraw from fellowship. Stay and be committed in church, serving the Lord. Sadly, some carry the same attitude they grew up with at home into the church. Maybe their parents reprimanded them or did something they didn’t like, so they left home and chose never to return. They developed a resistance to correction or unforgiveness, and they brought that same disposition into the church. No; in Christ, we receive corrections and instructions in humility and love, and we learn to forgive when offended. Salvation signifies that Jesus is the Lord of your life. You can’t just ...

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐄 𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Dsc.Dsc.DD. "For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God…"  (Ecclesiastes 2:26). It’s not uncommon to hear some believers comparing themselves with the world, particularly in the area of finances. These are the ones who’re easily carried away with the vast estate, the splendour and wealth displayed by those in the world. Such Christians are ignorant of their inexhaustible riches in Christ Jesus. They’ve not discovered that the wealth of the heathen is laid up for them. The Lord instructed us in His Word not to admire the rich man who doesn’t know Him. You’re not of the world, whose pride and confidence is in their academic accomplishments and business successes. The Bible says, “Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, be...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY, MAY 5TH 2025 MAKE YOUR EVANGELISM COMPLETE As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious (1 Peter 2:2-3). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  When you lead people to Christ to receive salvation, at that moment, they’re still spiritual babies that must begin to learn the Word of God. The Word of God is the food for the human spirit; it’s the only material that guarantees spiritual growth. Therefore, new converts must be taught the Word and given the opportunity to learn the Word of God. This is where going to church plays a key role. When you win souls, immediately introduce them to the local church where they can participate in the things of God and be trained and well-nurtured spiritually. When you fail to bring them into the church, you’re like a woman who gives birth to a baby, leaves the baby at the hospital’s maternity ward and goes home. That’s absurd. It's important to take those you've ...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SUNDAY, MAY 4TH 2025 REAL SPIRITUAL GROWTH Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:13). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  Every one of us was born into this world by someone, isn’t that right? You came in as a baby, but from the moment you were born, you were a complete human being. However, you had to grow to become an adult. You didn’t grow to become “more human” but to become mature. And as you matured, you gained wisdom, understanding, and the ability to do the things that human beings do, better than when they're children. It’s the same thing spiritually. When you were born again, you were born with the nature of God. You didn’t become “more like God” over time; you were born in His image and in His likeness; you were born to look like Him and to function like Him from the very moment of your spiritual birth. You were born of the Word of God and ...
