Leadership is taking responsibility. It has nothing to do with title or the title on your business card or the size of your office. Leadership is not about how much money you make or the clothes you wear. Leadership is an influence. It's an attitude. It's a state of mind. And it's available to each one of us. Don’t ever see anybody as too small to counsel you when you know that they have the knowledge that can move you to your next level.  Don’t ever feel too proud to learn from your subordinates. If you seek the truth to move ahead, it'll gravitate towards you. And if you ignore the truth, it'll stay far from you. When you pray in tongues, your spirit communicates directly with God, bypassing the limitations of the natural mind. However, your prayer becomes far more impactful and effective when your mind is engaged as you speak in tongues. Fix your attention on what you’re praying about.
