That’s why it’s important for you to always stand for what is right.   Sometimes, others may try to make you follow the crowd or do something you know isn’t good. And Jesus said to them, ‘Do you believe that I am able to do this?’ They said to Him, ‘Yes, Lord.’“   LET’S TALK➡️  A man came to Jesus one day to ask the Master to heal his demon-possessed son. The man said to Jesus, “If You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us” (Mark 9:22b). The Master replied, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes” (Mark 9:23). Finally, the man blurted out, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief” (Mark 9:24)! He was trying to put the responsibility for his believing on Jesus, which shouldn’t be. The Lord, nonetheless, compassionately healed the boy.   Many people are like that man today. They think that if they’re unbelieving, it’s up to God to help them believe, but it’s not so.    *📜JUSTIFICATION BY FAITH* *Wednesday, September 30th* *Pastor Chris* _*📖Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1).*_ One of the great blessings of the New Testament is our justification by faith. Under the Old Testament, they sought justification through the Law, but they didn’t get it. The Law could reveal sin, but it couldn’t justify man. But in the New Testament, we have been justified by the faith of Jesus Christ. What does it mean to be justified? It means acquittal, to be declared not guilty. In Christ Jesus, God declares you not guilty. You might ask, “But what happened to the offences or the sins I committed?” The answer is in the Scriptures. Romans 4:24-25 says the Lord Jesus was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
