RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

THURSDAY, JULY 25TH 2024 GUARD AGAINST SUBTLE DECEPTIONS   And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many (Matthew 24:4-5). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  Jesus issued a poignant warning against deception, forewarning us of the cunning strategies that Satan would employ, particularly in the last days. It’s the same deceptive tactics he utilised in the beginning at the garden of Eden.    In Genesis 3:1-5, the Bible tells us how the serpent cunningly questioned Eve about God's instruction not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Eve explained the command, but the serpent deceived her, suggesting that eating the fruit would make her wise like God to discern both good and evil. The serpent insidiously twisted God's instruction, leading Eve to question its validity. Essentially, Satan accused God of deception, insinuating that He was withholding something beneficial from A

_Lusting for what does not belong to us can lead to a path of discontent and moral compromise, ultimately detracting from our own well-being and growth. This desire for what is not rightfully ours often stems from a lack of satisfaction with what we have and a failure to recognize the value in our own lives. It diverts our focus from personal development and authentic fulfillment to an endless chase for things that were never meant to be ours. Such desires can erode trust, damage relationships, and lead to inner turmoil. True contentment and success come from appreciating and nurturing what we already possess while striving to improve ourselves and contribute positively to the lives of others. By redirecting our energy towards gratitude and self-improvement, we can overcome the lure of what does not belong to us and build a life rooted in integrity and genuine satisfaction. Embracing this mindset not only fosters personal growth but also cultivates respect and harmony in our interactio

YOUR LOVEWORLD SPECIALS WITH PASTOR CHRIS* *SEASON 9, PHASE 6 (DAY 2)*

*THURSDAY, 18TH JULY, 2024* Opening Prayers by Highly Esteemed Pastor Deola Phillips  (Documentary: The Evil Trinity) REV. CHRIS OYAKHILOME DSC DSC DD  Think what you just heard. That guy is one of their experts. He said one to two billion people.  Let's suppose we accept what he just said as their standard for the world, what are they going to do to all the other billions of people in the world since they say the earth can only support 2 billion people.  What about the rest? Wellz that's what the WHO, WEF and UN is for and their global future councils... I'm going to show you a few of their predictions/plans. They are not predictions. They are things they work on. Have you read the UNs Habitat one? It says everything. I want to give you a background for our discussion tonight.  Welcome to Day 2, Season 9, phase 6. Daniel 4: We are going to take a look at Nebuchadnezzar's dream. In this dream, God showed him the future and gave him a warning. Eventually, Daniel the prop

YOUR LOVEWORLD SPECIALS WITH PASTOR CHRIS SEASON 9 PHASE 6 DAY 1

YLWS SEASON 9 PHASE 6 DAY 1 Opening Prayer by Highly Esteemed Pastor Kay Adeshina REV CHRIS OYAKHILOME DSC DSC DD  I want to welcome you to season 9, phase 6, Day 1.  I've been looking forward to this especially because we are going to have some time to pray. When we pray we receive answers.  For us every opportunity to pray, is an opportunity to get answers because our God hears and answers prayers.  Acts 4:17- After Acts 3, there was some trouble. The leaders of the Jews were angry with the disciples.  The disciples refused to listen to them.  V23-33 From Acts 2, lots of people had already received salvation. Three thousand souls had been added to them  With the miracle in chapter 3, more people received salvation.   But in verse 23 here, they prayed all the way to verse 31  V32- a multitude had believed. God's people got together and they prayed.  When they prayed, they were filled with the holy ghost.  God's spirit is God's answer. Being filled with the holy Spirit,

_Kingdom principles offer a timeless guide for living with purpose and integrity, rooted in the higher values of God's Kingdom. Central to these principles is unconditional love, which calls us to extend grace and compassion to everyone, transforming our relationships and fostering harmony. Integrity is also crucial, urging us to align our actions with our values and act honestly and responsibly, building trust and reflecting the Kingdom’s character. Forgiveness liberates us from resentment, allowing for healing and new beginnings, while stewardship involves wisely managing our time, talents, and resources for the greater good. Lastly, kingdom principles emphasize pursuing goals that serve others and advance noble causes, aligning our ambitions with a higher calling. By embracing these principles, we live in a way that mirrors the values of a higher realm, becoming agents of positive change and demonstrating the Kingdom’s impact in our daily lives._

TUESDAY, JULY 23 2024 WHEN GRACE IS MULTIPLIED Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord (2 Peter 1:2).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  Our opening scripture tells us how grace and peace can be multiplied in your life: it’s through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. That means the more you study to know more about God, and the Lord Jesus, the greater the grace of God that’ll be at work in your life. When the grace of God in your life multiplies, what’s the result? Proverbs 24:5 gives us an idea; it says, “A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength.” The Hebrew word translated as “strength” is “koach”; it also means ability. This means that through the knowledge of God’s Word, you multiply your abilities; you discover that there’s so much more you can do. God gives us responsibilities according to the grace or ability that He’s given to us. Therefore, for anything you’re asked to do, there’s grace for you to acc

MONDAY, JULY 22 2024 TALK RIGHT AND LIVE RIGHT For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:10). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  Your destiny is in your mouth. The Bible says in Proverbs 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Also, Proverbs 15:4 says, “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life....” A wholesome tongue is one that talks right, that speaks God’s Word. Nothing is more wholesome than the Word of God. Proverbs 6:2 says, “Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.” This describes the precarious situation many have found themselves in life. They’ve been bound by their own words. They speak carelessly and against the Word because they’ve not been taught right. If you’ve been taught right, you’ll think right and talk right. In the realm of the spirit, words rule. Words are everything. God created the entire

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES, DAILY DEVOTIONAL

ALWAYS IN VICTORY SUNDAY, APRIL 21ST 2024 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ… (2 Corinthians 2:14) PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME In 1 Corinthians 15:57, Paul pens something similar to what we just read in our theme scripture. It says, “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” We’re always in victory. This is a result of who we are in Christ and what we know—our knowledge of His Word.  Who are we? We’re more than conquerors; we’re born of God: “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). Hallelujah!  What do we know? “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28). We know that come what may; no matter the situation or where we find ourselves; nothing can be to our disadvantage.  How could we lose with the Holy Spirit in us? Consider
