THURSDAY, JULY 25TH 2024 GUARD AGAINST SUBTLE DECEPTIONS   And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many (Matthew 24:4-5). It’s the same deceptive tactics he utilised in the beginning at the garden of Eden.    In Genesis 3:1-5, the Bible tells us how the serpent cunningly questioned Eve about God's instruction not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Eve explained the command, but the serpent deceived her, suggesting that eating the fruit would make her wise like God to discern both good and evil. TUESDAY, JULY 23 2024 WHEN GRACE IS MULTIPLIED Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord (2 Peter 1:2).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  Our opening scripture tells us how grace and peace can be multiplied in your life: it’s through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. That means the more you study to know more about God, and the Lord Jesus, the greater the grace of God that’ll be at work in your life. Proverbs 24:5 gives us an idea; it says, “A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength.” The Hebrew word translated as “strength” is “koach”; it also means ability. It says, “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” We’re always in victory.
