RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH 2025 THE SUPPLANTING OF YOUR HUMAN LIFE And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son (1 John 5:11). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. One of the fundamental truths that must shape your perception of who you are in Christ and what actually transpired when you were born again is the fact that the human life with which you were born by your biological parents has been supplanted by the life of God. That human life, which was marked by sin and frailty, fraught with darkness and limitations, is supplanted by the divine essence of Christ Himself. This is one of the greatest revelations of Christianity. Think about the fact that the divine nature of God has been transferred into a human being! This divine life is referred to as eternal life. John 3:16 (NIV), says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”  That’s the life you ...

Leave your anger; it does more harm to you than the person you are angry with! Most people see the worst in others- they see them through the eyes of their own anger, fear and limitation. Look for the best in others. See through the eyes of understanding. I'm not suggesting that you are naive and you don't confront reality. The Word of God is reality.  Don't make their mistake their identity and impute a negative intent on them. Be patient with people, we don't all understand things the same way at the same time. And here's the payoff for you: as you seek out the good in people, not only will they show up fully for you, but you will see more good in your world.  Someone may still talk about the old you because they do not have access to the new you. Hold the key. Don't give them permission to define you by your past life or mistakes. Keep it shut from toxic people. You know yourself better more than anyone else. Their labels and judgement are nothing when God kn...

God wants us to have spiritual understanding. Truth is reality, and it’s spiritual. All things hail from the spiritual. We must live from that perspective, and we can only do that by the insights given to us by the Holy Spirit, through the Word. Through the knowledge of the Word, we can easily recognize the work of God and distinguish it from Satan’s work. We who are born of the Spirit of God must feed on the Word continually. The Holy Spirit through the Word gives us Spiritual insight and understanding in all things...... click on the link below to study previous Reality Check  👇👇👇 https://thekingsnation20.blogspot.com/2025/02/realitycheck.html

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH 2025 GOD’S ONE AND ONLY No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him (John 1:18). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME What we just read provides one of the most extraordinary expressions of the Son of God. It emphasizes that no one has seen God face to face, which is a significant point. Then it refers to Jesus as the “only begotten Son.” The Greek term used for begottenis “Monogenēs,” which means the one and only or one ofa kind, unique, with no other like Him. Jesus is described here as the only born Son of the Father. But then we see something extraordinary about His mission, what He was born to do, in our theme verse: He came to make the Father known: “No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” The word declared is from the Greek “exēgeomai” which means that Jesus, God’s born-Son, came to rehearse God to men. He came to sho...

No relationship is ever a waste of your time. If it didn't bring you what you want, it taught you what you didn't want. Everyone you meet has a part to play in the story of your journey in life and while some may take a chapter, others a paragragh, and most will be no more than scribbled notes in the margins. Some people come into your life as blessings; some others as lessons. You learn something from everyone who passes through your life; some lessons are painful and some are useful but they are all priceless and for a purpose. For everything has been designed to work for your good.Appreciate everyone that has passed through and will pass through; they are a part of the ultimate plan. Lessons learnt must not be forgotten and would be needed as you don't prepare for exam during the exam, you prepare for an exam before the exam....... click on the link below to study previous Daily juice  👇👇👇 https://thekingsnation20.blogspot.com/2025/02/daily-juice.html

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD 2025 DELIVERANCE, COMPLETENESS AND PRESERVATION For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:10). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME The word “salvation” is a unique word that’s oftenonly used by those who believe in Jesus Christ. While many may have a general idea of what it means, only a few have explored the Scriptures to grasp its true meaning and implications. Salvation, simply, means to deliver, to make whole, and to preserve. That’s what Jesus brought to us. He “saved” us, andthe term 'saved' originates from the Greek word “sozo,”which embodies the full scope of what Jesus Christ's death, burial and resurrection achieved for mankind. So when we say that Jesus brought salvation, it means He brought deliverance, completeness and preservation. Thus, when you say you’re saved by Jesus Christ, it means He delivered you, made you complete, and preserved you. You’ve been delivered from the pow...

The eyes see what the mind believes and comprehends; the eyes see what the mind is prepared for. It matters what you 're looking at, for the earth is filled with the goodness of the Lord.Your focus determines your reality. Some people have found themselves being distracted by too many things. They 're distracted by the state of the economy and several happenings around them. They can't accomplish much in life that way. When you 're a man or woman of purpose, you 're not perturbed by the happenings in the world because you know you belong to a divine order; you 're not of this world and its order. Nothing in, and of this world can place a limit on you or cause you to be disadvantaged, because you won before you came and you were a success you started out..... click on the link below to study yesterday's Daily juice  👇👇👇 https://thekingsnation20.blogspot.com/2025/01/daily-juice_28.html

The Lord Jesus manifested spirituality in all things: His views, words, actions, hope, faith and love. The apostles were the same. They were spiritually minded. They looked at the world from the spiritual perspective and responded to situations and circumstances from the standpoint of the Word. Consider how Jesus dealt with certain situations! Until He came, no one knew that an evil spirit could be responsible for the conditions in which some people found themselves; and even when they knew, no one could change that situation; but Jesus cast out evil spirits with His words. Jesus saw life from the realm of the spirit and as as a child of God, that’s the realm you’re expected to see and live from. Interpret life from the spirit realm, and you’ll always win..... click on the link below to study previous Reality Check  👇👇👇 https://thekingsnation20.blogspot.com/2025/01/realitycheck_25.html

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 2ND 2025 YOUR OFFERING MAKES A DIFFERENCE And the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there; for that was the great high place: a thousand burnt offerings did Solomon offer upon that altar (1 Kings 3:4). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  In 1 Kings 3, when Solomon became king of Israel, he was deeply troubled. He knew he was not the firstborn son, and his mother, Bathsheba, was not the first wife of his father, David. Solomon understood that his position as king would bring challenges because he had older brothers who despised both him and his mother.  For example, when you study the accounts in 1 Kings 2, Solomon's older brother Adonijah attempted to usurp the throne, and Solomon later ordered the execution of Adonijah, Joab, and Shimei to secure his reign. These show the violent and unstable environment in which Solomon ascended the throne. So, despite being king, he faced several threats to his life and position. He knew he had to do something beyond the ordinary to se...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SATURDAY, 1ST FEBRUARY 2025 PASTOR CHRIS THE INFLUENCE OF HIS KINGDOM Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence (John 18:36). One of the charges for which Jesus was condemned was that He declared Himself to be a king. When Pilate asked Him, "Are you the king of the Jews?" Jesus replied, "…My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence” (John 18:36). Pilate, intrigued by Jesus’ response, sought further clarification regarding His kingship. He asked again, “Are you a king then?” Jesus elaborated, saying, “…To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice” (John 18:37). The Lord Jesus stati...
