_Negative people are only happy when they bring you down to their level. First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win. Don’t ever let anyone bring you down, define who you are or destroy your awesomeness. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Purpose is an essential element of you. It's the reason you are on earth at this particular time. Your very existence is wired and wrapped up in the things you are here to fulfill. Don't let your habits become handcuffs. Anger will cost you more than you realize. A quick temper will pull you back and short circuit your destiny if you don't do anything about it. Quit saying and attributing it as your weakness. Get this- In Christ, there's no weakness. If you are distressed by someone or anything external, you have given it the power to influence you, and the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to change at any moment._ Don't destroy yourself by allowing negative people add  dirts and debris to your character and purpose. December is the month of Thanksgiving According to the scriptures, there are special occasions set for Thanksgiving. Just like the word teaches us about praying all the time; living a life of prayer.. yet the bible tells you that there was an hour of prayer (a set time of prayer). Again he tells us how to fellowship with God. We can pray on our own or have fellowship with others... Yet he told them when to meet; on the first day of the week, which was called THE LORDS DAY. So, even though we give thanks all the time, he expects us to set a time as he showed us in scripture.  In Nehemiah, you will see how they gave thanks. It was a service of Thanksgiving. David also did it because the spirit instructed it, not because it was in the law.  Like when he set up a choir, he didn't do it because it was the law of Moses but because the spirit instructed it.  This month, we will set up special days for annual thanksgiving.  Choose the date that is best for you (11th or 18th).
