PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME I’ve often said that Christianity is not a religion, and there’re those who have difficulty understanding this. But once you get a hold of the real teachings of Christianity, you’d realize it's not a religion at all. Think about your relationship with your biological father; is that a religion? Certainly not!  Therefore, in a very simple definition, Christianity is the relationship between God the Father and His children. There was no relationship of this nature until Jesus made it possible. He came to take us from being mere worshipers, from being merely religious, into fellowship, a love-fellowship with our heavenly Father. He brought us into a real vital relationship with God.
