  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD_ _Thursday, November 6th 2025_ *BE SPIRITUALLY ALERT ALWAYS* _While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee_ *(Acts 10:19)* As a Christian, you must always be spiritually alert. Otherwise, you may not recognise divine promptings, and you may struggle to discern the voice of the Spirit. A vital part of soul winning is being led by the Holy Spirit, and for that, your spirit must be sensitive. In Acts 10, we see a beautiful example with Peter. He had gone upstairs to pray, and while praying, he fell into a trance and saw a vision from heaven: a great sheet lowered with all kinds of unclean animals. Then, a voice said to him, *"...Peter, kill and eat"* (Acts 10:13 AMPC). This happened three times.  Clearly, the Lord was trying to get Peter’s attention for the salvation of Cornelius, a Roman Centurion, who at the time had already sent three of his servants to fetch Peter. Then the Bible says in verses ...

  One of the things that is unique to you is your smile. Don't allow people and circumstances take that away from you that you are now always frowning. Your smile is unique to you. Smile, you don't own all the problems in the world. Filter what goes on in your mind, your thoughts affect your mood._ _Don't make someone who lives with you in your present pay the price for an experience you had in your past. Sometimes we react with anger to people who live among us now, while in reality we are reacting to memories of a past gone._ _Life doesn't make you or break you, it's actually your mentality that decides. It follows the wisdom of the spirit, because that's God's plan. November is the beginning and end of our ministry year. During that period, first he called it an interesting name. (:16) The feast of ingathering which happens at the end of the year is the same feast of tabernacles. They gather and stay in booths (camp/tents) for 7 days.  The Lord doesn't just do things that are meaningless.  Exodus 34:22-24 This was because he wants to bring his word to pass on your life. He is saying I want to give you the wealth of the nations.  Don't be concerned that you left your home and the enemy will take over it, they won't even desire to go there.  This is the month of Ingathering.   _groundbreakingGod is always in communication with us, but not many are attentive enough to pick His signals. There’s a communication system between us and our heavenly headquarters. Train yourself to always listen to the Spirit. Always be expectant that He’ll speak to you. When it’s time to pray, keep your writing materials close by. And as you pray, listen for His voice in your spirit and take action immediately on the things He tells you to do. Stay connected through the Holy Spirit.   CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE SPIRITUAL Sunday, November 2nd Pastor Chris For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (Romans 8:6). In our soul-winning efforts, a vital requirement is the strengthening and development of your human spirit, the inward man. That’s the real “you” that was born again. When we speak of salvation in Christ, we’re referring to the salvation of the spirit. And for that salvation to express itself, you must become conscious of spiritual things.  Spiritual consciousness is essential for spiritual growth. When you're spiritually minded, you interpret life from the perspective of the Word. You understand that you’re not of this world. You're a spirit being, called by God to function from the spirit-realm.
