ONLY BELIEVE 
(Cast Yourself On His Word)

📖TO THE BIBLE - Matthew 9:28 
“And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, ‘Do you believe that I am able to do this?’ They said to Him, ‘Yes, Lord.’“
 
LET’S TALK➡️ 
A man came to Jesus one day to ask the Master to heal his demon-possessed son. The man said to Jesus, “If You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us” (Mark 9:22b). The Master replied, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes” (Mark 9:23). Finally, the man blurted out, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief” (Mark 9:24)! He was trying to put the responsibility for his believing on Jesus, which shouldn’t be. The Lord, nonetheless, compassionately healed the boy.
 
Many people are like that man today. They think that if they’re unbelieving, it’s up to God to help them believe, but it’s not so. The Bible says, “…with the heart one believes unto righteousness...” (Romans 10:10). You believe with your heart. This means that believing is a choice, which is entirely up to you; it’s your responsibility to believe. God isn’t the one to make you believe His Word. You’re the one to choose to believe His Word, and when you do, you’ll see His glory in your life (John 11:40).
 
God is looking for someone who can believe! Every time He locates such a person, He does mighty things in his life. Abraham believed God and received a son in his old age. Moses believed God and led more than six million Jews through the midst of the Red Sea. He’s looking for those who can stake their lives on His Word.
 
Make a choice today to believe; cast yourself on His Word, trusting that everything the Lord has said is true.Your dreams—whether it’s getting into the right school,acquiring a scholarship, or becoming who God has called you to be—are possible if only you can believe. Praise God!

Dear Father, thank you for giving me a heart that can believe. My hope and my faith rest completely in your Word, because it’s the only sure foundation. I believe that everything your Word has said concerning me is true, dependable, and sure, and I cast myself wholly upon your Word, knowing that my future is secure in you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

You served a Pastor, from cleaning his shoes and carrying his Bible to becoming his assistant pastor, now you have your work, you’re impacting your world and fulfilling your God-given purpose and destiny...  𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂?   SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary.
