Daily Juice



Leadership is taking responsibility. It has nothing to do with title or the title on your business card or the size of your office. Leadership is not about how much money you make or the clothes you wear. Leadership is an influence. It's an attitude. It's a state of mind. And it's available to each one of us. Don’t ever see anybody as too small to counsel you when you know that they have the knowledge that can move you to your next level. 

Don’t ever feel too proud to learn from your subordinates. If you seek the truth to move ahead, it'll gravitate towards you. And if you ignore the truth, it'll stay far from you. It does not matter who teaches you; all that matters is that you get the knowledge you need to move ahead in life. 

Put your pride aside and learn from even your subordinates so that you can continue to go higher and higher. Don’t despise the wisdom you need to succeed just because it is domiciled in your subordinate.

  SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary.
