Fresh Dew

*Fresh Dew*

_Remembering our loved ones is breathing life into their fading images, that we might once more see their faces and pass along a tearful “I miss you. Do not seek death. Death will find you. But seek the road which makes death a fulfilment. Death is a word, and it is the word, the image, that creates fear. Be ashamed to die until you have won some victory for humanity. It is the unknown we fear when we look upon death and darkness, nothing more. A man with outward courage dares to die; a man with inner courage dares to live. Live how we can , yet die we must. Death is only the end if you assume the story is about you. The funny thing about facing imminent death is that it really snaps everything else into perspective. Don’t die without any scars. Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. Carve your name on hearts, not tombstones. A legacy is etched into the minds of others and the stories they share about you._

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

The light of God is in you, in your spirit. You bear the perfections of Christ. Hallelujah! The Bible says, “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” (2 Corinthians 4:6). You’re truly the living tabernacle of God! Christ is alive in you. We are the last generation; the generation called to manifest His glory in the earth. This is what the earth has been waiting for. Romans 8:19 says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” We’re in office; we’ve taken our place of dominion, impacting our world with the glory of God. Psalm 20:7 says "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God". The major problem with some people today is that they trust so much in their wealth and riches and have lost sight of who truly matters in their affairs, because they think it’s all about money. Never let anything take your attention away from the Lord. Let the Spirit have pre-eminence in your life. Make it a principle for yourself, and one to live by, that you’ll trust the Lord only and always.... click on the link below to study yesterday's  👇👇👇 https://thekingsnation20.blogspot.com/2025/02/realitycheck_11.html
