The secret of happiness, you see, is not found in seeking more but in developing the capacity to enjoy less. Smiling opens your heart to true happiness. One loses joy and happiness in the attempt to possess them. Live in the most positive and joyful way possible every day. Find happiness and joy in your journey or you may get to the end and find life is empty there. A positive attitude is a magnet for positive results. Laughter is the best medicine. Happiness lies in perspective. Keep a smile on your face. Keep a spring in your step._
