GLOBAL COMMUNION SERVICE WITH PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc.Dsc.DD.
MAY 2023
MESSAGE OF THE MONTH

Rev Chris Oyakhilome Dsc Dsc DD

Psalm 82:1-8
These are 8 verses from one of the psalms of Asaph, a prophet.
Several of his Psalms were given to us as scripture. That's remarkable!
From these 8 verses certain things immediately come to light.

First thing, At the end, we find Asaph was prophesying. He makes a prayer to God on the basis of the revelation given to him from verse 1-7
.
Secondly, 'the gods' referred to were human beings not angelic beings. Angels don't die.

God was talking to human beings.
Reading into verse 6, we remember Jesus quoting this verse in John 10V34-36
Jesus says that God refered to those whom he called Judges, as gods.
Though they were men, He called them gods because he raised them to be Judges.
(82:2)
They accepted and conferred honor on people whom they knew were wicked.
It's like knowing a politician is wicked and evil and recommend him as your friend for people to vote for him.
That's judging unjustly and accepting the person of the wicked.
V3-4: That is your responsibility and you've got to do it. He appointed you a Judge to deliver the poor and needy from the wicked.
V5. Because they don't understand this, things are going bad in the earth.

Prophet Asaph now takes the message beyond the nation of Israel to the whole world.

( See John 5:22.)
V8: Asaph is calling on God to Judge all nations...
Now Jesus comes in and says the Father doesn't Judge. Now the Son has the responsibility to Judge..... But Jesus, when he ascended, gave authority to his church.

Matthew 28:19
Not one of the Pharaohs or Nebuchadnezzar's had authority in Heaven and Earth.... Only Jesus did.

He gave us his name to use. So today Asaph's prayer has been answered.

Mark 16:15
(Preaching the gospel to every creature is more than preaching to souls)

Why should we cast out demons?
Because they are responsible for most of the evil things that happen in the world.
That's why Jesus said we should first cast out demons. He gave us authority over demons and evil spirits to cast them out.

1 Corinthians 6:1
V1 (he knows the law is unjust)
V2- The world will be Judged by us. He calls us saints. He is referring to the judgement of the last days.
V3- We will judge angels. Even in the future, he has already appointed us to be the Judges. We will judge the world and we will judge angels.

We operate a spiritual kingdom now! Today!!!
And we can exercise authority over these evil forces and demand that they desist from the evil manipulations of leaders. Pray for your country. Pray for your city. Take actions.
We can use the name of the Lord Jesus and take authority over them.
Utter words. These words have power in the realms of the spirit. We can use the mighty name of Jesus and break Satan's power over men's lives.

(Prayer session)

Deut 20:1
When you see so many numbers that you are outnumbered, do not be afraid of them because s with them is the arm of flesh and with us is the spirit of the living God.
Whatever is born of God is victorious against the world.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY, 14TH JULY 2025 THE VIRGIN BIRTH CONFIRMS HIS DEITY   Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us  (Matthew 1:23). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME    When we say Jesus Christ is deity, we’re affirmingthat He is God. This claim is significant, especially when you consider that many around the world view Jesus merely as a prophet or a great teacher. While it may seem respectful for some to call Him a great prophet or a remarkable teacher, these assertions fall far short of His true identity.    That’s the reason it’s important to understand who He really is by first examining the miracle of His birth. TheBible describes His birth as extraordinary, something that had never occurred in all of history. Matthew 1:18 says, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with c...
