I love those who can smile in trouble , who can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. It’s the business of little minds to shrink, but they whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves their conduct, will pursue their principles unto death. Our death is not an end if we can live on in our children and the younger generation. For they are us; our bodies are only wilted leaves on the tree of life. The day which we fear as our last is but the birthday of eternity. Pain and death are part of life. To reject them is to reject life itself._
