Global communion service with pastor Chris (April Edition)

Word of the month - APRIL: THE MONTH OF WATCHING AND PRAYING

Matthew 26:41, Luke 21:25-26; 37 (AMPC)

Learn to put prayer first. You cannot rise in your life above your prayer life. It determines the kind of relationship you have with God and the results in your life. Learning to put prayer first in your life is not a topic of discussion, its a Reality. Just like eating food. It is just something you do not discuss. That's what you do. You pray!

THREE IMPORTANT THINGS
1. Watch and pray that you enter not into temptation.
2. Watch and pray for we know not what time it is.
3. Watch and pray always that you may be able to escape all the troubles in the world!

Meditate on these verses that I shared with you, it's through the word of God that you watch. You can interpret the things with the  knowledge of the word.

This month pay close attention to the word of God by praying. Pray always. Be a prayerful man, prayerful woman

Give attention to praying. Don't wait till night, when you are too tired to pray.

Don't be like the disciple's (they ended up fleeing when Jesus was arrested, because they didn't pray). Peter even denied Jesus the next morning.

When we are not prayerful, we say and do things that we never thought wee could do. We take the  wrong steps and make blunders. Learn to pray. Give attention.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

The light of God is in you, in your spirit. You bear the perfections of Christ. Hallelujah! The Bible says, “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” (2 Corinthians 4:6). You’re truly the living tabernacle of God! Christ is alive in you. We are the last generation; the generation called to manifest His glory in the earth. This is what the earth has been waiting for. Romans 8:19 says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” We’re in office; we’ve taken our place of dominion, impacting our world with the glory of God. Psalm 20:7 says "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God". The major problem with some people today is that they trust so much in their wealth and riches and have lost sight of who truly matters in their affairs, because they think it’s all about money. Never let anything take your attention away from the Lord. Let the Spirit have pre-eminence in your life. Make it a principle for yourself, and one to live by, that you’ll trust the Lord only and always.... click on the link below to study yesterday's  👇👇👇 https://thekingsnation20.blogspot.com/2025/02/realitycheck_11.html
