WORD SURVEILLANCE ~ PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

“You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good; and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil. (MATTHEW 12:34-35 NASB)
God created the human heart with the ability of containing life or death. What you hear and believe about yourself determines what contents you’ll have in your heart. That’s why Proverbs 4:23 says, “Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life” (AMPC). You should set a security watch at the doorpost of your heart, and scrutinise everything that seeks to enter in with God’s Word.

You won’t get the Word into you by watching movies, spending endless hours on the wrong internet sites, or chatting online. You’ve got to study the Word of God; learn it, master it, and live by it. This is so important because what you feed your spirit on is what will come out of your mouth eventually and govern your life.

Just as a sponge soaks in water, soak in the Word daily and it will ooze out of your mouth effortlessly! God’s Word in you will propel you on to a new and higher realm of faith! Hallelujah!

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

🌨️RHAPSODY OF REALITIES🌨️

👤PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc.DD. 🗒️THURSDAY,20 JANUARY 2022🗒️ ⏮️TOPIC: THE KINGDOM WAY OF LIFE  SCRIPTURE 📖 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:13) 📍THE MESSAGE📍 When you were born again, you were born into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. Even though you now live and walk in His presence, you still have to learn how to live in this real Kingdom of Light, and the Scriptures will help you understand this by the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul writing to Timothy said: “But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God…” (1 Timothy 3:15). This means there’s a way to behave oneself in the house of God. Christianity isn’t a way of life, but it has a way of life. In this Kingdom, there’s a language; we have our communication protocols. There’s a way of life; we think differently. This is something the devil doesn’t want many to know. He wants...
