_When your body feels like giving up, that's when your workout really starts. Are you running your life? or Is your life running you? When you run out of excuses, you'll run into motivation. You don't stop when you are tired. You stop when you are done. No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch. It doesn't matter how many people reach the finish line before you. Keep running until you reach it, too. The moment you get tired of pushing yourself is the very moment you should push yourself harder. To be a great champion you must believe you are the best. If you're not, pretend you are. When your feet are ready to stop, hand your run over to your heart. Winning doesn't always mean being first. Winning means you're doing better than you've ever done before. The only reason to look back is to be proud of how far you've run._
