ICLC 2023 DAY 1

 JUNE 8TH 2023

SUPER SESSION WITH PASTOR CHIDI EZIMAKO

TOPIC: THE LIFESTYLE OF AN EFFECTIVE LEADER

We are here to learn, relearn and unlearn. Being effective is result oriented. Why are some people result oriented and some are not? It depends on the individual. If one changes his attitude, a lot of things would change. We are the fruit bearing part of the vine and we have been designed to be productive.  With training everything God has deposited in us will be brought out. We become better than better with training.  The Lifestyle of a Result Oriented Leader Everything that we need to be effective in ministry is made available to us.  For example, PCDL, a digital library, ROR, Training programs. Even the cell manual is a plan to be result oriented and effective.

CHRACTERISTICS

1. Strategic Publicity and Evangelism.

Every cell leader is designed to be strategic.   Matt 28:18 Everyone of that is a Leader is at the center of God's will for their life, and you must be strategic. How do we fit into the vision? The souls are out there; we are not looking for the souls. So every strategy and method should be about bringing the souls in. There are opportunities we must hold on to tenaciously. As a Leader, as you move into a catchment what you're thinking of is how to start cells. Growth isn't accidental, it's strategic. As a Cell Leader there are numerous programs you can take advantage of, Code Rabah, Healing Streams, Reach Out World Extravaganza A Cell Leader can be ineffective I'd he chooses to.

2. Building and Discipling our Members for the Work of the Ministry 1Cor 4:16-17 The ways of our Man of God is unique and to be effective as a Leader we must raise our members that same way. First fill then with the Holy Ghost, send them to foundation school and they must be in your Cell.

Being in your Cell, they must see the things you do, you must win souls, introduce them to Pastor's books, our ministry Apps, reading Rhapsody daily, our daily prayer meetings. This way we are showing them the ways of the Man of God. You teach them how to talk, that way they understand the Loveworld Exceptionalism.

3. Internal Mobilization Every cell is tied to a church and every church has a Target. As we are raising these people, our way to be effective is to make them understand the set goals and understand why we do the things that we do. it is our responsibility to mobilize the people 1Tim 2:1-4, Ephesians 1:16-19 Be focused, let nothing distract you, so no matter what games or what the devil tries, we keep our focus.  We become very effective and productive.  Everywhere we are we are designed to grow and multiply.  As a cell leader, you have to look at Discipline and accountability for personal growth.  At the mouth of the priest shall the people seek knowledge. So we have to be knowledgeable and prioritize the word in every situation.

To be effective as a cell leader, you have to be disciplined and there has to be accountability for your personal growth.  Proverbs 8:20-21 A cell leader must live a spirit filled life all the time. When you’re constantly filled with the spirit you don’t make mistakes, if you do, God will correct it.  Col 3:16 If you fellowship with the Word and work with the Spirit, you don’t need anyone or tell you anything. You’d know what to do and how to act.  We’ve all been called to be proof producers and to effective. No one is programmed to fail or have a low score if you follow the principles we are taught.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY, 14TH JULY 2025 THE VIRGIN BIRTH CONFIRMS HIS DEITY   Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us  (Matthew 1:23). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME    When we say Jesus Christ is deity, we’re affirmingthat He is God. This claim is significant, especially when you consider that many around the world view Jesus merely as a prophet or a great teacher. While it may seem respectful for some to call Him a great prophet or a remarkable teacher, these assertions fall far short of His true identity.    That’s the reason it’s important to understand who He really is by first examining the miracle of His birth. TheBible describes His birth as extraordinary, something that had never occurred in all of history. Matthew 1:18 says, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with c...
