TOPIC:SUPERHUMAN STRENGTH
(The Holy Ghost Invigorates You With Might!)

TO THE BIBLE 📖 Ephesians 3:16 AMPC
“May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality].”

LET’S TALK 🗣️
Debbie, a young track-and-field athlete, suffered fainting spells while training for the hundred-metre dash; she would, at times, run out of breath and collapse on the track when she tried to make a sprint for the finish line.

This concerned her a lot, until the day she received the Holy Ghost! After that day, she always seemed to find a “second wind” and inner super strength to not only complete her races but beat the other athletes.

Just like Debbie, the Holy Spirit living inside you makes you superhuman! That’s what the Apostle Paul referred to in our opening verse. He prayed that God’s people be “…strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit….” The word “strengthened” is to be invigorated with might.

The Bible tells us that, all the while, the children of Israel were headed for the Promised Land, “…there was not one feeble person among their tribes” (Psalm 105:37 KJV). None of them had to be carried because he or she was too weak. They were divinely invigorated by God’s Spirit. It’s the same with you today and even better.

Now that you’ve received the Holy Spirit, your previously mortal body has been quickened—made alive. You can live without any form of weakness in your body.

Romans 8:10 tells us that since Christ now lives in you, even if your body had been ravaged by sickness and disease, the Spirit gives it life because of righteousness. That’s divine vitalisation.

As a Christian, you’re not supposed to be sick, not when you have the Holy Spirit! Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). He perambulates your body (2 Corinthians 6:16).

How can sickness thrive in a body where the Holy Spirit perambulates? Christ in you—the Holy Ghost in you— is your assurance of divine health and a glorious life in Christ Jesus.

All you need is to be more conscious of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and of His power and glory in you. Hallelujah!

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6TH 2025 LET THE GOSPEL BE YOUR PASSION For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth... (Romans 1:16). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God to save, heal, deliver and transform lives. That’s why it must be a message you understand, live by, and burn with passion to share with others especially as the coming of the Lord draws nearer than we’ve ever known. Paul the Apostle declared that he was not ashamed of the Gospel. That statement came from a place of deep conviction and unwavering commitment. For him, preaching the Gospel wasn’t optional but life itself. He lived for the Gospel and was willing to die for its advancement. Read His inspiring and heart-stirring words in Acts 20:22-27, “And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying ...

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary. The Lord sowed good seed, not in someone else's field, but in His own field. That tells you the world is His field and part of His Kingdom. It belongs to Him. No matter what we see in the world today, no matter how polluted it appears, the field still b...
