TOPIC:BELIEVE CORRECTLY
(The Lord Chose You To Believe The Truth)

TO  THE  BIBLE 📖
 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 NIV
“…We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as firstfruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

LET’S  TALK 🗣️
“Where are you going?” Ben’s dad asked him just as he was about to step outside.
“I’m going to the park, I’ll be back soon, Dad,” Ben responded quickly.
“Ok, but that’s not what you told Felix, is it?”
Ben froze in shock, wondering how his dad knew he had lied.

“I’m so sorry I lied to you, Dad.”
There are people who only tell and believe lies because they’ve been programmed that way; they’re always in conflict with the truth. But isn’t it wonderful to know that you were chosen to tell and believe the truth? When the Word of God comes to you, as it does every day through this devotional, your heart is ready for it, and you receive it gladly because you’ve been chosen and given the ability to believe the truth.
The beautiful thing about God’s truth is that it always lifts, strengthens, and protects. His truth never deceives. Moreover, it’s not difficult to recognise; it’s expressed in His love.

The Lord Jesus, in His prayer to the Father in John 17:17 said, “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.” God’s Word is truth, and truth means reality. You’ve been sanctified by the Spirit to know, believe, and walk in the realities of our heavenly Kingdom, hallelujah!

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6TH 2025 LET THE GOSPEL BE YOUR PASSION For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth... (Romans 1:16). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God to save, heal, deliver and transform lives. That’s why it must be a message you understand, live by, and burn with passion to share with others especially as the coming of the Lord draws nearer than we’ve ever known. Paul the Apostle declared that he was not ashamed of the Gospel. That statement came from a place of deep conviction and unwavering commitment. For him, preaching the Gospel wasn’t optional but life itself. He lived for the Gospel and was willing to die for its advancement. Read His inspiring and heart-stirring words in Acts 20:22-27, “And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying ...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY, 14TH JULY 2025 THE VIRGIN BIRTH CONFIRMS HIS DEITY   Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us  (Matthew 1:23). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME    When we say Jesus Christ is deity, we’re affirmingthat He is God. This claim is significant, especially when you consider that many around the world view Jesus merely as a prophet or a great teacher. While it may seem respectful for some to call Him a great prophet or a remarkable teacher, these assertions fall far short of His true identity.    That’s the reason it’s important to understand who He really is by first examining the miracle of His birth. TheBible describes His birth as extraordinary, something that had never occurred in all of history. Matthew 1:18 says, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with c...
