TOPIC:YOUR BODY BELONGS TO GOD
(Give God Glory With Your Body)

TO  THE  BIBLE 📖
Romans 12:1 NIV
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”

LET’S  TALK 🗣️
A guy was in a hurry to get out of his house and head out to a nightclub; he had just snuck out his window when his phone rang and it was his friendly neighbour, Jameson, on the line.

“Sylvester, I saw you climb out of your window, why did you do that?”
“I’m headed to a club, bro. Care to join me?” Sylvester replied hurriedly.

“Nah man, my legs can’t take me,” Jameson said.
“Huh, what do you mean by “my legs can’t take me”?”
“My legs belong to Jesus and are only used for His glory, Syl.”
Jameson then explained the Gospel to Sylvester and led him to receive Christ. The Word of God gave him the wisdom to think like that, and use the occasion to win souls and honour the Lord. That’s the way you ought to treat the body God gave you (1 Corinthians 15:38).

In his letter to the Romans, Paul addressed his brothers and sisters in Christ and not the people of the world, admonishing them to present their bodies as holy sacrifices to God. Realise that being born again, you were paid for, and your body belongs to God; He only made you its custodian, but it’s actually His property: “For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s” (1 Corinthians 6:20).
Don’t give your body to sin, sickness, wickedness, lust or even the devil for his works. Give your body to the Lord! Let Him have the sole right to decide what happens to and with your body. And you’ll be amazed at what will happen in your life, for His glory will be revealed in you!

Pray 🙏
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for the privilege of presenting my body to you as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto you. I refuse to give my body to any evil thing. My entire body belongs to you, and your righteousness is manifested in it, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6TH 2025 LET THE GOSPEL BE YOUR PASSION For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth... (Romans 1:16). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God to save, heal, deliver and transform lives. That’s why it must be a message you understand, live by, and burn with passion to share with others especially as the coming of the Lord draws nearer than we’ve ever known. Paul the Apostle declared that he was not ashamed of the Gospel. That statement came from a place of deep conviction and unwavering commitment. For him, preaching the Gospel wasn’t optional but life itself. He lived for the Gospel and was willing to die for its advancement. Read His inspiring and heart-stirring words in Acts 20:22-27, “And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying ...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY, 14TH JULY 2025 THE VIRGIN BIRTH CONFIRMS HIS DEITY   Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us  (Matthew 1:23). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME    When we say Jesus Christ is deity, we’re affirmingthat He is God. This claim is significant, especially when you consider that many around the world view Jesus merely as a prophet or a great teacher. While it may seem respectful for some to call Him a great prophet or a remarkable teacher, these assertions fall far short of His true identity.    That’s the reason it’s important to understand who He really is by first examining the miracle of His birth. TheBible describes His birth as extraordinary, something that had never occurred in all of history. Matthew 1:18 says, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with c...
