TOPIC:INCREASE YOUR
KNOWLEDGE
(How To Increase God’s Glory In Your Life Every Day)

TO  THE  BIBLE 📖
Colossians 3:10 AMPC
“And have clothed yourselves with the new [spiritual self], which is [ever in the process of being] renewed and remolded into [fuller and more perfect knowledge upon] knowledge after the image (the likeness) of Him Who created it.”

LET’S  TALK 🗣️
Colossians 3:10 lets us know that the new creation in Christ is constantly being renewed and refreshed through the knowledge of God’s Word. The word “knowledge” is the Greek word “epignosis,” referring to full and absolute knowledge, so the more of the knowledge of God’s Word you have, the more His glory increases in your life! This will cause the grace of God in your life to increase; your effectiveness and efficiency will also increase.

Colossians 3:16 AMPC says, “Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the Messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness, as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts.” That means you should have God’s Word in abundance in your spirit. As you study the Word, meditate on it and let it give you a new mindset! It’ll make your life more glorious.

You carry the glory of God in your spirit, and that glory can increase; it can be stronger and produce greater results as you increase your knowledge of the Word. That is what Apostle Peter meant when he said, “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord” (2 Peter 1:2 KJV).

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...
