PASTOR TT TEMISAN SPEAKS:

WISE COUNSEL

The Lord Jesus Christ was only a few months younger, in age, than His cousin John BarZacharias aka John the baptist. They were both prophets, called of God.

Though born only a few months apart, yet even before Jesus' ministry began, the crowds were flocking to John because his ministry was really "flying" & "rocking".

But Jesus didn't compare himself with John. He knew that it wasn't His time. He told His mum as much & He didn't yield to His siblings goading to relocate to Jerusalem because that's where the action was.

Beloved. In 2024:

1. Don't compare yourself with others. Understand your times & seasons. The oak tree doesn't mature in the life span of a tomato plant. A lion & a housefly don't mature in the same life span.

2. Popularity isn't a measure of God's will. Age isn't God's timing.

3. Don't yield to society's pressure.

Don't run when you're supposed to be walking. Don't show off yourself when you're supposed to be in seclusion.

Obscurity isn't failure.

That no one is "chasing" doesn't mean that something is wrong with you. That no one has agreed to your chatting up doesn't mean that you're unwanted.

God didn't send the Lord Jesus Christ immediately Adam sinned. God has set up our times & our seasons. Know yours & walk in it & be at peace.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

🌨️RHAPSODY OF REALITIES🌨️

👤PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc.DD. 🗒️THURSDAY,20 JANUARY 2022🗒️ ⏮️TOPIC: THE KINGDOM WAY OF LIFE  SCRIPTURE 📖 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:13) 📍THE MESSAGE📍 When you were born again, you were born into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. Even though you now live and walk in His presence, you still have to learn how to live in this real Kingdom of Light, and the Scriptures will help you understand this by the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul writing to Timothy said: “But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God…” (1 Timothy 3:15). This means there’s a way to behave oneself in the house of God. Christianity isn’t a way of life, but it has a way of life. In this Kingdom, there’s a language; we have our communication protocols. There’s a way of life; we think differently. This is something the devil doesn’t want many to know. He wants...
