πŸ”΄In God’s calendar, this present age will come to an end one day and give way to another one, which will give way to another one and so on.

πŸ”΄You need to understand there’s a purpose God wants to accomplish with us in this age in which we live. It’s the reason we didn’t suddenly get yanked into heaven when we were born again.

πŸ”΄This present age is actually a training-ground to prepare us for the ages to come; it’s the place where we are trained to handle spiritual things.

Therefore, it’s important not to get carried away with the cares, pleasures and distractions of this world, for we’re not going to live eternally in this present age.

πŸ”΄There’re Christians who believe what’s important is “making heaven” as it were.

They believe they can live as they choose here on earth, so long as they eventually get into heaven.

πŸ”΄The Bible tells us we’re going to be in heaven for only a definite period, after which we will return to conclude this age, and begin a new age afterwards. So, if you don’t receive the training you need now in this age, you shouldn’t expect to handle greater responsibilities in the ages to come.

πŸ”΄This age is when we learn spiritual authority—where we learn both to be subject to authority and to exercise authority over satan, demons, sickness and life’s circumstances.

πŸ”΄We’re also here to learn to live by God’s Word and do things God’s way.

πŸ”΄So, remain diligent and faithful in Kingdom activities: soul-winning, praying, studying the Word and doing all the Lord expects of you. That way, you’re positioning yourself for increased responsibilities to be committed to you in the ages to come.

πŸ“–Ephesians 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

πŸ“–Ephesians 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

🌨️RHAPSODY OF REALITIES🌨️

πŸ‘€PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc.DD. πŸ—’️THURSDAY,20 JANUARY 2022πŸ—’️ ⏮️TOPIC: THE KINGDOM WAY OF LIFE  SCRIPTURE πŸ“– Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (Colossians 1:13) πŸ“THE MESSAGEπŸ“ When you were born again, you were born into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. Even though you now live and walk in His presence, you still have to learn how to live in this real Kingdom of Light, and the Scriptures will help you understand this by the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul writing to Timothy said: “But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God…” (1 Timothy 3:15). This means there’s a way to behave oneself in the house of God. Christianity isn’t a way of life, but it has a way of life. In this Kingdom, there’s a language; we have our communication protocols. There’s a way of life; we think differently. This is something the devil doesn’t want many to know. He wants...

#RealityCheck

The light of God is in you, in your spirit. You bear the perfections of Christ. Hallelujah! The Bible says, “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” (2 Corinthians 4:6). You’re truly the living tabernacle of God! Christ is alive in you. We are the last generation; the generation called to manifest His glory in the earth. This is what the earth has been waiting for. Romans 8:19 says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” We’re in office; we’ve taken our place of dominion, impacting our world with the glory of God.
