Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Dsc.Dsc.DD.

πŸ”΄How would you've  know the Christian? How would you know someone that is a Christian?

πŸ“–John 13:34-35 (The Passion Translation ) “So I give you now a new commandment: Love each other just as much as I have loved you. For when you demonstrate the same love I have for you by loving one another, everyone will know that you’re my true followers.”

πŸ”΄Jesus said it's in love.

πŸ”΄Not love for yourself, but love for others.

πŸ”΄HOW MUCH DOES JESUS LOVE YOU? He says, just as I love you, love one another.

πŸ”΄Love goes where aeroplanes can't go.

πŸ”΄Love does not wait. Love gives.

πŸ”΄Walk in love.

πŸ”΄You can't say I love you in my heart and be harsh in your heart.

πŸ”΄Love is made visible in your deeds and in your words.

πŸ”΄You can't say I love you and not act accordingly.

πŸ“–1 Corinthians 13:1-7 If I had the gift of being able to speak in other languages without learning them and could speak in every language there is in all of heaven and earth, but didn’t love others, I would only be making noise. 2 If I had the gift of prophecy and knew all about what is going to happen in the future, knew everything about everything, but didn’t love others, what good would it do? Even if I had the gift of faith so that I could speak to a mountain and make it move, I would still be worth nothing at all without love. 3 If I gave everything I have to poor people, and if I were burned alive for preaching the Gospel but didn’t love others, it would be of no value whatever. 4 Love is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, 5 never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its own way. It is not irritable or touchy. It does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong. 6 It is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever truth wins out. 7 If you love someone, you will be loyal to him no matter what the cost. You will always believe in him, always expect the best of him, and always stand your ground in defending him.

πŸ”΄If you love someone, you will be loyal to him no Matter the cause.

πŸ”΄Love puts up with anything.

πŸ”΄Love bears no ill treatment from others.

πŸ”΄Love is not envious.

πŸ”΄Love does not show off.

πŸ”΄It is not aroused to anger.

πŸ”΄Love does not lose heart.

πŸ”΄Love refuses to be jealous when blessings come to someone.

πŸ”΄Love is large and incredibly patient.

πŸ”΄Love is gentle and consistently kind to all.

πŸ”΄Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance.

πŸ”΄Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor.

πŸ”΄Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense.

πŸ”΄Love joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong.

πŸ”΄Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others.

πŸ”΄Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up.

πŸ”΄Walk in love.

πŸ”΄LET THE WORLD SEE JESUS IN YOUR EYES.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

TUESDAY, JULY 1ST 2025 CUSTODIANS OF A MESSAGE THAT WORKS For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth... (Romans 1:16). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Gospel of Jesus Christ that we preach is a message that truly works. It’s a message that produces undeniable results for everyone who believes it. It’s the reason you must be quick and bold to share it with others. I remember talking to a man who had a very severe heart condition. The doctors had diagnosed him with heart failure and said he needed a transplant. But as I shared the Gospel with him, I said, “While I’m talking with you, there’ll be a change in your heart. All you have to do is believe what I’m telling you; just believe and give me a few minutes of your attention.” He agreed. So, I kept talking to him, sharing with him the words of life. After about 15 minutes, I said to him, “It’s done.” And he replied, “Yes; it’s done.” The next test conducted on him ...
