Anger is just anger. It isn’t good. It isn’t bad. It just is. What you do with it is what matters. It’s like anything else. You can use it to build or to destroy. You just have to make the choice. It’s wise to burn anger, before anger itself burns your peace and happiness. If you find yourself getting upset by small things, it may be time to focus on healing. Be modest , humble, simple. Control your anger. Never respond to an angry person with a fiery comeback, even if they deserve it. Don’t allow their anger to become your anger. You can only control your response. Try to manage your anger since people can’t manage their stupidity._
