Those that want to make lasting wealth and impact should identify their gift, talent and potential, should spend time to develop themselves to become skillful and then deploy it with the mindset of impact and money will flow as a result of that. 

If you go out looking for money, money has wings, it can fly away. But if you go out looking for impact money will continue to come. Because money is just a reward for the problems that you solve and the value that you offer. 

Your relevance stops where your impact stops. So when you stop making impact, you stop being relevant.
