CHRISTIANITY IS CHRIST IN YOU

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27).

PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD.

When the Lord Jesus was glorified, the Holy Spirit was poured out to live in us. Christianity isn’t God “outside” you, helping you; rather, it’s Christ in you, the very life and essence of Christ tabernacled in your spirit.

Salvation is you in Christ: “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature…” (2 Corinthians 5:17). But Christianity is Christ in you, Christ manifested in your daily walk, revealing His glory and character. The Lord Jesus talked about the Father in Him: “Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake” (John 14:10-11).

That’s your life now; the Father lives in you; His very life, presence, glory and righteousness are expressed through you. Religion keeps God outside of man, but Christianity makes Him alive in you. Christ is alive in you; let that be your song, your meditation and your consciousness.

Death, sickness, weakness, discouragement, failure and confusion have no place in your life because Christ in you makes you divine. Christ in you means victory in you, courage in you, strength in you. Christ in you means glory in your life, dominion over circumstances, and authority over Satan, demons, hell and death. Hallelujah!

This is Christianity: the unveiling of divinity from within you, the pulsating life of God manifested in and expressed through you. Blessed be God!

CONFESSION

Christ lives in me in all His fullness, strength and glory. Therefore, I walk in boldness, divine wisdom, victory and dominion over circumstances, authority over Satan, demons, hell and death. Thank you Lord for your pulsating life that is manifested in and expressed through me. Amen.

Galatians 2:20;  I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

John 14:20; At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

Romans 8:10; So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Colossians 1:26-27 NIV the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. 27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10).  PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME  The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). Recall what we read in our them...

MONDAY, 14TH JULY 2025 THE VIRGIN BIRTH CONFIRMS HIS DEITY   Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us  (Matthew 1:23). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME    When we say Jesus Christ is deity, we’re affirmingthat He is God. This claim is significant, especially when you consider that many around the world view Jesus merely as a prophet or a great teacher. While it may seem respectful for some to call Him a great prophet or a remarkable teacher, these assertions fall far short of His true identity.    That’s the reason it’s important to understand who He really is by first examining the miracle of His birth. TheBible describes His birth as extraordinary, something that had never occurred in all of history. Matthew 1:18 says, “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with c...
