*THE MESSAGE*

What is culture?
Culture speaks of the behavior, characteristics,believes and attitude of a people.

Any culture that celebrates prayer, will definitely impart prayer into the heart of it's people.

Prayer is a spiritual culture (Ephesians 6:18, Luke 18:1)

Prayer is a culture we must teach every member of our fellowships, cells etc.

(Luke 2:36-37, Hebrews 5:7-8, Luke 3:21, Mark 1:35, Matthew 14:22).

Prayer is a discipline.

In prayer we are aligned into God's will and purpose for our lives
(2 Timothy 1:3-4, Galetians 4:19, Colossians 4:12).

MONDAY AUGUST 26TH 2024 EXTRICATED FROM DEATH …who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (2 Timothy 1:10). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME The Bible records that in ancient times, humans lived for exceptionally long periods with lifespans exceeding 900 years. However, as sin increased, lifespans diminished. Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin. Through His sacrifice, He provided salvation from sin and made eternal life possible. Eternal life includes “deathlessness.” When you were born again, you passed from death to life (John 5:24). It’s the reason you must be quick and bold to share it with others. I remember talking to a man who had a very severe heart condition. The doctors had diagnosed him with heart failure and said he needed a transplant. But as I shared the Gospel with him, I said, “While I’m talking with you, there’ll be a change in your heart.
