_Change must start from the individual. And the individual must want and feel ready to make such change. Addiction is the only prison where the locks are on the inside. Life is very interesting. In the end, some of your greatest pains become your greatest strengths. Heal the heart, don’t hide the pain. If you didn’t stumble into dark times, you’d never have the chance to show off your light. No matter how dark the night may get, your light will never burn out. The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any. Become addicted to constant and never ending self improvement._
