*✨DON’T LIMIT GOD’S GRACE✨*

_👤 Pastor Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD_

For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

Notice that the scripture above doesn’t only speak of receiving righteousness; it also speaks of receiving abundance of grace. Righteousness is a settled gift imparted to you at the New Birth. Grace, however, is God’s limitless supply for your life, and He wants you to take full advantage of it. That’s why He says, “...be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus” (2 Timothy 2:1).

Don’t limit God’s grace. Grace is available to every Christian, and you can receive as much of it as you can take a hold of. The Greek word is “Lambano”; it means to take hold of something and make it yours. God isn’t limiting His grace, so don’t limit your reception of it. Keep receiving more and more grace for greater strength, greater wisdom, greater effectiveness, and greater victories in your walk with Him.

Sadly, some approach God with hesitation. They say, “The Lord has already done so much for me; I shouldn’t ask Him for too much.” Others even feel apologetic whenever they pray for greater opportunities, bigger dreams, or increased resources. But that’s not the language of faith, nor is it the mindset of grace.

God has never asked us to lower our expectations. Rather, He invites us to ask, receive, and walk in the fullness of His provisions. The Bible says, “But he giveth more grace…” (James 4:6). He said in Hebrews 4:16, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Then in John 16:24, the Lord Jesus said, “…ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.”

Never think your requests are too great for God or that your dreams exceed His ability. He delights in your faith. He’s the one who said, “Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession” (Psalm 2:8). He has more than enough for every one of His children. Therefore, refuse to think small.

Don’t limit God’s grace by limiting your faith. Keep receiving from His inexhaustible supply, confident that His grace is available to you in abundance for every assignment and every opportunity He’s given you.

            *🙏PRAYER*

Dear Father, thank you for your abundant grace at work in my life. I boldly receive all that you have made available to me in Christ. I refuse to limit my faith or my expectations but continually take full advantage of your grace, walking in the fullness of your wisdom, strength, provision and victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*📚 FURTHER STUDY:*
2 Corinthians 9:8 AMPC And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].

2 Timothy 2:1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6TH 2025 LET THE GOSPEL BE YOUR PASSION For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth... (Romans 1:16). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God to save, heal, deliver and transform lives. That’s why it must be a message you understand, live by, and burn with passion to share with others especially as the coming of the Lord draws nearer than we’ve ever known. Paul the Apostle declared that he was not ashamed of the Gospel. That statement came from a place of deep conviction and unwavering commitment. For him, preaching the Gospel wasn’t optional but life itself. He lived for the Gospel and was willing to die for its advancement. Read His inspiring and heart-stirring words in Acts 20:22-27, “And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying ...

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary. The Lord sowed good seed, not in someone else's field, but in His own field. That tells you the world is His field and part of His Kingdom. It belongs to Him. No matter what we see in the world today, no matter how polluted it appears, the field still b...
