π΄Avoid listening to gossip or negative things about others.
π΄Instead, choose to see the best in everyone, no matter what you hear.
π΄Emulate Jesus, who never condemned but always showed love and mercy.
π΄In John 4:4-26, Jesus met a Samaritan woman at the well. Although others may have judged her or seen her as unworthy, Jesus didn’t condemn her. He spoke to her with kindness and revealed God’s love without partiality.
π΄This teaches us to respond to others with love, not judgment, no matter what we may hear about them.
πProverbs 13:5 A righteous man hateth lying: but a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame.
πPhilippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-meditate on these things.
π΄Focus on things that are true, noble, pure, lovely, and of good report. Let these be the things you focus on. And as you interact with others, let the Holy Spirit guide your thoughts, words, and actions in all things.
