_Remember GIGO: Garbage in, Garbage out. You can't deposit excuses everywhere and expect to live a great life. Scrolling through social media isn't free, it costs your focus. Remember, hidden costs always exist. You are the painter of your own mood. Your days are only as grey as you allow them to be. Happiness is an inside job. Don't assign anyone else that much power over your life._

_Happiness doesn't depend on any external conditions, it is governed by our mental attitude. If you put negative thoughts into your mind, you're going to get negative results. It's just as true that if you put positive thoughts in your mind, you will be a recipient of positive results._
