*HOW TO BEHAVE IN GOD’S HOUSE*

...I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God… *(1 Timothy 3:15)*

The Bible teaches us how to behave in God’s house. God’s house can mean three things. First, your body is God’s house because He lives in you. Second, the church family is God’s house. Third, the building where we gather to worship is also called God’s house.

As God’s child, your actions and words should show love and respect. One way to do this is by keeping your body neat and clean. The Bible says, *“…present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God…”* (Romans 12:1).

Also, when you’re in church, stay focused, listen, learn, and worship. It’s a special time to pay attention and honour the Lord. Be kind and helpful to other children in church. When you behave this way, you show that God lives in you.

*Romans 12:2* And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

*LET'S PRAY*
Dear gracious Father, thank you for teaching me how to live for you. I take care of my body, behave well in church, and treat other children of God with love, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

You served a Pastor, from cleaning his shoes and carrying his Bible to becoming his assistant pastor, now you have your work, you’re impacting your world and fulfilling your God-given purpose and destiny...  𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂?   SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary. The Lord sowed good seed, not in someone else's field, but in His own field. That tells you the world is His field and part of His Kingdom. It belongs to Him.
