Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit. *(Proverbs 18:21)*

Did you know your words are powerful? Every time you speak, your words create things! That’s why it’s important to say what you want to see, not just what you feel.

David used his words wisely. When he faced Goliath, he didn’t talk about how big the giant was—he declared how great God was! And guess what? He won! (1 Samuel 17:45-47).

So, speak life! Say, *“I’m strong in the Lord! I’m blessed and full of joy!”* Remember, your words are not just sounds—they’re seeds that build your tomorrow.

Genesis 6:3 says because of sin, man's lifespan was limited to 120 years. Moses, in his psalms, made an observation that due to sin, the typical lifespan of man was seventy years or eighty for those who were stronger. Even in old age, man’s life was filled with toil and sorrow, ultimately ending in death (Psalm 90:8-10). The Lord Jesus, however, came to address the root cause of this limitation, which is sin.
