THE LORD IS YOUR PEACE

📖 "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you..." (Isaiah 26:3).

God wants you to enjoy a life full of peace---no panic, worry, or fear. Sometimes, when things feel tough, your heart may feel troubled. But when you fill your heart with God's Word, it'll be filled with peace.

Remember the story of Daniel in the lions' (Daniel 6). Even though he was surrounded by lions, Daniel stayed calm because he trusted God completely, and God gave him perfect peace right in the middle of danger.

When you feel confused, worried about school, or upset about something, don't let fear take over your thoughts. Rather, remember God's Word. The Bible says that God gives perfect peace to those who trust Him (Isaiah 26:3).

So, choose to trust God by fixing your mind on His Word every day. When you do, God's peace will fill your heart---no matter what's happening around you.

📚 SCRIPTURE READING - Philippians 4:6-7 "[6] Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."  

LET'S PRAY

Dear loving Father, thank you for your Word. As I meditate on it, I'm at peace in every situation. I'm strong and able to do all things, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

You served a Pastor, from cleaning his shoes and carrying his Bible to becoming his assistant pastor, now you have your work, you’re impacting your world and fulfilling your God-given purpose and destiny...  𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂?   SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary. The Lord sowed good seed, not in someone else's field, but in His own field. That tells you the world is His field and part of His Kingdom. It belongs to Him.
