*OVERCOMERS IN THIS WORLD*

_(You’ve Been Chosen To Rule The World)_

*TO THE BIBLE:*
*John 15:19 NKJV*
_“If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world….”_

*LET’S TALK*

What does it truly mean to be *“in the world but not of the world”?* The Lord Jesus Himself declared this powerful truth, reminding us that as Christians, we are handpicked by God, set apart, and called to live by divine principles that transcend earthly limitations. We’re not ordinary; we’re children of the Kingdom—destined to rule and reign over the very systems and circumstances that others see as obstacles.

The world may be full of trials and tribulations, but listen closely to the words of our Lord Jesus in John 16:33 NKJV: *“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”* He (Jesus) overcame the world—not for Himself alone, but for YOU. When you accepted Him, you stepped into His victory, and that victory is your inheritance.

This means you’re superior to the forces of darkness, the corrupting influences of this age, and every challenge that stands as an obstacle in your path. You’re royalty! You belong to a higher realm, a realm of dominion and excellence. While others complain, you bring solutions. While the crowd demands change, you effect change through your faith-filled words and prayers.

Remember, you have a Father greater than all, and His Spirit lives within you. You represent His excellence and righteousness in a dark world. As 1 Peter 2:9 NKJV reminds us, *“ But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”* Walk in this truth today! 

Hear me, you are Heaven’s best—chosen, royal, and supremely blessed. Live as the overcomer you are. The world is yours to rule!

*GO DEEPER*

*1 John 5:4-5* or whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. *5* Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

*John 17:14-16* I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. *15* I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. *16* They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

*PRAY*

_Dear Father, thank you for choosing me out of the world and setting me apart for your glory. I’m conscious of my divine origin and heavenly calling. I function from the realm of glory, shining your light and dispensing your grace to my world. I live as royalty, revealing the beauty and excellence of the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen._

You served a Pastor, from cleaning his shoes and carrying his Bible to becoming his assistant pastor, now you have your work, you’re impacting your world and fulfilling your God-given purpose and destiny...  𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂?   SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary. The Lord sowed good seed, not in someone else's field, but in His own field. That tells you the world is His field and part of His Kingdom. It belongs to Him.
