 *MESSAGE TO LADIES*

A must read ‼️

πŸ”΄ He begged. He cried. He said he would die without you.

πŸ”΄ The moment he slept with you, everything changed.
Suddenly your nose is too big. Your legs are wrong. He is tired of seeing you.

❗️This is not random. This is a principle the Bible already showed us.

πŸ”΄ 2 Samuel 13:14–15 (KJV)

> “Howbeit he would not hearken unto her voice: but, being stronger than she, forced her, and lay with her.
Then Amnon hated her exceedingly; so that the hatred wherewith he hated her was greater than the love wherewith he had loved her.”

πŸ”΄ 2 Samuel 13:16–17 (KJV)

> “And she said unto him, There is no cause: this evil in sending me away is greater than the other that thou didst unto me. But he would not hearken unto her.
Then he called his servant that ministered unto him, and said, Put now this woman out from me, and bolt the door after her.”

πŸ”΄ Amnon said he loved Tamar so much that he became sick. He could not eat. He could not rest. He schemed until he forced her.

❗️The Bible is clear: he forced her and lay with her.

πŸ”΄ Then look at the next verse. Immediately after he finished, Amnon hated her exceedingly. The hatred with which he hated her was greater than the love with which he had loved her. He said to her, “Arise, be gone.”

πŸ”΄ He called his servants and ordered them to put her out and bolt the door after her. One moment he was dying for her. The next moment he could not stand the sight of her. That is the principle.

❗️This is exactly what still happens.

πŸ”΄ A man pursues a lady with intensity. He is kind. He is attentive. He calls her the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. Then they cross the line God drew. They sleep together outside marriage.

πŸ”΄ Suddenly the same man begins to notice every flaw. Your nose is too big. Your ears stand out. Your lips are too thick. Your hair is too short. You are bow-legged. He never mentioned any of these things before. He did not suddenly develop new eyes. He slept with you when he was not supposed to, and the respect died.

πŸ”΄ Many Christian relationships that collapse before the wedding end at this exact point.

πŸ”΄ They were engaged. They were planning the date. Then sexual relations entered the picture. After that, real love often stops. What remains is obligation, guilt, or the pressure of “we have already gone this far.”

πŸ”΄ The man who once could not keep his hands off you now struggles to show basic care. He used to notice every little thing you wore. Now he does not see it. He used to speak life. Now he criticises.

πŸ”΄ The shift is not mysterious. It follows the same pattern Amnon displayed.

❗️Ladies, understand this clearly. Sleeping with him will not secure him. It will not prove your love. It will not make him want you more.

πŸ”΄ In many cases it does the opposite. You move from being pursued to being tolerated. You move from being admired to being examined and found wanting. The Bible already warned us through Tamar’s story. When the act is completed outside the covenant of marriage, the desire that drove the man often turns into distaste. That is not every single case, but it is the principle God showed us.

πŸ”΄ Stop calling it love when it is only hunger that disappears the moment it is fed. The man who truly values you will wait for the honour of marriage.

πŸ”΄ The one who cannot wait has already shown you what he will do after he gets what he wanted. Now that he’s got you, why doesn’t he want you? The answer was written long ago. Guard yourself.

The principle still stands.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6TH 2025 LET THE GOSPEL BE YOUR PASSION For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth... (Romans 1:16). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God to save, heal, deliver and transform lives. That’s why it must be a message you understand, live by, and burn with passion to share with others especially as the coming of the Lord draws nearer than we’ve ever known. Paul the Apostle declared that he was not ashamed of the Gospel. That statement came from a place of deep conviction and unwavering commitment. For him, preaching the Gospel wasn’t optional but life itself. He lived for the Gospel and was willing to die for its advancement. Read His inspiring and heart-stirring words in Acts 20:22-27, “And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying ...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary. The Lord sowed good seed, not in someone else's field, but in His own field. That tells you the world is His field and part of His Kingdom. It belongs to Him. No matter what we see in the world today, no matter how polluted it appears, the field still b...
