 THE WORD IN YOUR MOUTH
(Your Infallible Success
Recipe)

📖TO THE BIBLE - Joshua 1:8
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

LET'S TALK ➡️
Construction sites operate on written and spoken instructions; architects create drawings, but buildings don’t rise until someone issues commands: “Pour the concrete mix. Frame these walls. Install windows here.” The words direct the physical materials into their proper places. Your life is under construction daily, and your spoken words function as the on-site instructions. They direct the materials and control the sequence of events. Without your spoken directions, nothing happens.

While giving us God’s recipe for success, the opening verse didn’t say, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your heart” as most people think; He said, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth.” That’s another way of saying “Be a Word-talking Christian. Let the Word be in your mouth!” You’ve got to keep declaring what God has said concerning you.

Even the very word “meditate” as rendered above is from the Hebrew word “Hagah,” which connotes muttering and shouting! This perhaps explains the reason some Christians struggle in life; the Word of God isn’t in their mouths; they aren’t talking the Word! Only “Word-talking” Christians win in life. The Bible says, “So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed” (Acts 19:20). God’s Word has prevailing power. As you speak the Word, there’s a transforming power that’s released, such that every negative or contrary situation is turned around for your good.

Make it a habit to declare God’s Word all the time. Every day, say out loud, “I have the life of God in me! I walk in divine health and prosperity! The Lord is my shepherd; therefore, I can’t lack! Success is mine! My life is for the glory of God.” Talking consistently in this manner will cause the Word of God to grow and prevail in your life, thereby producing what it talks about. Let the Word of God dwell in you richly. When God’s Word is richly stored up in your heart, you’ll necessarily speak it forth: “for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks”(Matthew 12:34). Keep talking the Word. That’s an infallible success
recipe!

Speak
The Word of God is in my heart and in my mouth always. I’m a Word-talking Christian, and my faith confessions are creating realities in my life. I make my way prosperous and consistently experience good success as I meditate on the Word and speak it forth with boldness. I walk in divine health, absolute prosperity, total victory and extraordinary grace; I’m the best among my peers. Glory to God!

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6TH 2025 LET THE GOSPEL BE YOUR PASSION For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth... (Romans 1:16). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God to save, heal, deliver and transform lives. That’s why it must be a message you understand, live by, and burn with passion to share with others especially as the coming of the Lord draws nearer than we’ve ever known. Paul the Apostle declared that he was not ashamed of the Gospel. That statement came from a place of deep conviction and unwavering commitment. For him, preaching the Gospel wasn’t optional but life itself. He lived for the Gospel and was willing to die for its advancement. Read His inspiring and heart-stirring words in Acts 20:22-27, “And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying ...

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH 2025 THE KINGDOM, THE FIELD, AND THE SEED Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field (Matthew 13:24). PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME Dsc. Dsc. DD. The Lord Jesus, in His remarkable teachings about the Kingdom, used parables to unveil profound truths. One of such examples is the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew 13. He said, "...the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field" (Matthew 13:24). That "man" is the Lord Himself, while the "good seed" represents the children of the Kingdom. The "field," as He later explained, is the world. This is extraordinary. The Lord sowed good seed, not in someone else's field, but in His own field. That tells you the world is His field and part of His Kingdom. It belongs to Him. No matter what we see in the world today, no matter how polluted it appears, the field still b...
